What is the Contract Period?

The general purpose of the contract is to protect the mutual rights of both customers and carrier companies, and the laws and regulations regarding all kinds of transportation that are sold and produced by the service recipient are included within the framework of the principles specified in the contract. Companies operating as Albanian shipping companies implement a transport contract system, which is applied optionally for both international and intercity or outbound transportations. A transport contract gains validity from the date it is signed between the companies providing Albanian shipping company services and the service recipients. However, it should be known that the transport contract will remain in effect until it is terminated by the service recipient and the carrier companies. At the same time, the parties assign sufficient personnel to coordinate the contracts mutually in order to conduct all their transactions in ways that comply with transport legislation and practices.

All vehicles to be provided for the fulfillment of the contracts must first comply with national legislation, and especially with the Highway Traffic Law, the Highway Traffic Law regulation, and all regulations issued in connection therewith.
