Eight separate properties located in Karatay and Ereğli, Konya, are being leased for 49 years by the Konya Governorship Provincial Directorate of National Real Estate. Among these real estate products are 7 agricultural and animal husbandry areas and undeveloped land. While all these structures will be leased for 49 years, it has been stated that those who wish to rent them can apply until October 22, 2013, at 5:00 PM.

Investors will pay an estimated value ranging from 950,850 to 6,999,667 Turkish Lira to the Konya Governorship Provincial Directorate of National Real Estate for these properties, referred to as real estate. These properties in Konya, Ereğli, and Karatay, which have been awaiting buyers since August 12, will be taken over in exchange for rent after October 22. With these and similar activities, real estate continues to be a very active area in Konya for rental apartments and districts.
