A warranty certificate must be issued for a good, approved by the Ministries. The warranty certificate for the good starts from the day it is delivered and must be at least 2 years. In case a good malfunctions or breaks down within the warranty period, the person or place from whom the good was purchased is obliged to rectify all kinds of malfunctions of the good. This includes labor costs and all damages covered by the warranty certificate that do not concern the buyer, which will be covered by the manufacturer.
